It appears that a couple of unscrupulous employers to the ODIA agreement have not paid the lads for their Holiday pay increases as a result of the implementation of the Working Time Amendment Regulations 2007 which were implemented on 1st October 2007.
If you have not been paid it, ask for it in a formal letter either personally or through your union and if they refuse send a letter to an Employment Tribunal.
That worked for me and the lads at SS7.
